For the past 25 years, I have actively shaped various institutions' and organizations' priorities and objectives, from founding the first Intermountain Region Higher Education LGBT Resource Center to leading progress and change at a prominent environmental justice organization. My professional and civic experiences span higher education, healthcare, youth development, environmental justice (conservation, education, and wildlife rehabilitation), and social justice. I employ a collaborative leadership style that effectively unites colleagues and stakeholders to advance programs and support individuals.

I have played a central role in managing organizations, liaising with boards, and participating in local, statewide, regional, and national initiatives. My extensive expertise in strategic planning, budget/financial management, organizational leadership, board development, team supervision, mentorship, and motivation has been instrumental in my achievements. My deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is rooted in my personal experiences as a person who identifies as gay and disabled, among many other identities. It is reflected in my dedication to multiple causes.

I have generated over $48 million in revenue for nonprofit organizations and 25+ years of experience leading fundraising initiatives and managing large professional teams, consistently meeting or exceeding established goals.
